During these winter months, as you know the State faces a budget crisis, soaring food and gasoline prices, rampant mortgage foreclosures and a tightening economy resulting in loss of employment for many. Imagine facing these issues with the additional challenge of a mental illness or emotional disorder. We see many children and families on a daily basis struggling with an overwhelming sense of isolation and despair who need help and support.

We are deeply committed to providing compassionate care and guidance to these individuals who turn to us for support. We offer practical help to secure affordable housing, find meaningful employment and face these economic realities. Through crisis intervention, counseling and advocacy we provide persons with the tools they need to rebuild their lives.

It is the generosity of our fellow Rhode Islands, like you that allow East Bay Center to continue our mission in providing these needed services for our state-wide community. Your help is vital.
