 COMMUNITY TREATMENT TEAMS
Our multi-disciplinary community treatment teams provide comprehensive, clinical and specialized services that enhance the self-determination and independence of individuals with chronic mental illness.  Our integrated community treatment teams, offer a holistic approach toward recovery by addressing, on an individual basis, each client's psychiatric, medical, vocational, educational, social/family, basic living and spiritual needs.

 MOBILE TREATMENT TEAM
For those clients requiring a greater intensity of services, our mobile treatment team provides intensive, community-based services which assist individuals with severe and persistent mental illness to achieve optimal stability and personal growth within the community.

 CLINICAL SERVICES (MENTAL HEALTH & SUBSTANCE ABUSE)
We offer individual, couple, group, addiction, and family therapy, utilizing a cognitive-behavioral and supportive approach.  We educate our clients about their illness and provide them with the support they need to manage their symptoms and achieve their goals of recovery and personal growth.

 RESIDENTIAL REHABILITATION SERVICES
Our Residential Program offers a transitional placement focused on rehabilitation, recovery and future discharge to a less intensive level of care.  The Residential Program strives to create an environment which provides opportunities to succeed.  Individualized treatment fosters self-determination and independence which are key to assisting individuals toward increased quality of life and recovery.

 MEDICATION MAINTENANCE AND MONITORING
Medication maintenance, monitoring, and education are offered to all clients who suffer from a mental illness. Our medical staff uses the safest medications available to stabilize symptoms while minimizing the risk of side effects.

 VOCATIONAL AND COMMUNITY REHABILITATION SERVICES
Through our Community Support Program, we help our clients to find meaningful employment. Employment Specialists assist clients with writing resumes, completing job applications, improving their interviewing skills, and will offer job coaching, when appropriate. They also find funding sources to assist client's educational and business goals.

Because recovery is manifested through meaningful daily activities, our Community Support staff encourages clients, on an individualized basis, to develop and maintain activities and relationships within the community.

 CONSUMER BENEFIT AND FINANCE SERVICES
Through individual financial counseling and group workshops, we provide education and assistance to our Community Support Clients to assist them in improving their financial stability and managing their finances more independently.
